Steamy! Bacon-wrapped chicken

Here is what you need.


  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 strips of bacon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey, and Dijon mustard until well combined.
  4. Wrap each chicken breast with 2 strips of bacon, securing the ends with toothpicks if needed.
  5. Place the bacon-wrapped chicken breasts in a baking dish or on a baking sheet.
  6. Brush the honey mustard mixture over the chicken, making sure to coat all sides.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the bacon is crispy. You can also broil for an additional 1-2 minutes to crisp up the bacon.
  8. Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
