  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 lemon, sliced (for garnish)
  • Fresh herbs (such as parsley or thyme) for garnish


  1. Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the Chicken:
    • Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Place them in a baking dish.
  3. Season the Chicken:
    • In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme, dried rosemary, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper to create the herb mixture.
