The healthy morning! Bread, Avocado & boiled eggs.

I just started my morning like this. It tastes soo good that you can forgive anyone. Even the Monday day! Add a glass of orange, pineapple or mango juice on the side and you are good to go.

Getting started: 

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of whole grain bread
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 boiled, fried or steamed eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: , paprika, red pepper flakes, chopped herbs (such as cilantro or parsley), or a drizzle of olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Toast the slices of whole grain bread until they are golden and crispy.
  2. While the bread is toasting, peel the ripe avocado and remove the pit. Slice the avocado into thin, even slices.
  3. Peel the boiled eggs and slice them into rounds or halves, depending on your preference.
  4. Once the bread is toasted, place the avocado slices on top of each slice of bread. Use a fork to lightly mash and spread the avocado over the bread.
  5. Arrange the sliced boiled eggs on top of the avocado. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. If desired, sprinkle some red pepper flakes or chopped herbs over the eggs for added flavor and garnish. You can also drizzle a little bit of olive oil over the toppings.
  7. Serve the toasted bread with avocado slices and boiled egg immediately as a nutritious and satisfying breakfast.
