Here’s a delicious nachos recipe that you can try:
Ingredients:
- Tortilla chips
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a blend)
- 1 cup cooked and seasoned ground beef or shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapenos (adjust to your spice preference)
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Guacamole, sour cream, and salsa for serving

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange a layer of tortilla chips on a baking sheet or oven-safe dish.
- Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese evenly over the tortilla chips.
- Add half of the cooked and seasoned ground beef or shredded chicken on top of the cheese.
- Scatter half of the black beans, diced tomatoes, jalapenos, black olives, and red onion over the meat.
- Sprinkle another layer of shredded cheese on top of the toppings.
- Repeat steps 2 to 6 to create a second layer of chips, toppings, and cheese.
- Bake the nachos in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove the nachos from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
- Sprinkle the chopped cilantro over the nachos.
- Serve the nachos hot with guacamole, sour cream, and salsa on the side.
