  • 2 racks of pork baby back ribs
  • 1 bottle of your favorite beer (for recipe) And one for you. Maybe two.
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  1. Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C).
  2. Prepare the ribs by removing the membrane from the back of the ribs. Season both sides of the ribs with salt and black pepper.

  4. Rub the dry rub mixture all over the ribs, coating them evenly.
